Sara looks after the host families, checking for quality provision and is also very involved with the evaluation process. This feedback provides valuable information from which Stages can continue to improve its service. Her background has always been in customer focussed roles in a variety of business sectors within the Brighton & Hove area where she has spent most of her life.
